Lauren built Pinnacle for the people living in that reality.

Lauren is the kind of coach who understands the whole picture. She’s spent years training clients on the floor and running the day-to-day operations that make a gym actually work—staffing, scheduling, member experience, facility standards, and the systems that turn “I’ll start soon” into “this is just what I do now.”

She’s led teams, managed multiple locations, and helped create environments where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they’re building.
