Sparring (Invite Only) is a high-level, full-contact class focused entirely on live sparring and conditioning across kickboxing, boxing, and MMA. This session is by coach invitation only, ensuring participants are ready to train safely and effectively at a more advanced level.
All work is structured and supervised, emphasizing skill application, endurance, and real-time decision-making under pressure. If you’re interested in joining, speak directly with your coach to learn how to earn an invitation.
